Invest Kedah Berhad accompanied YB Prof. Dr. Haim Hilman Abdullah, Kedah State Executive Councillor and Chairman of the Industry & Investment, Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation Committee, during the official ceremony attended by Mr. Noor Ikhsan bin Abdul Aziz, Chief Operating Officer of Invest Kedah Berhad.
