Application for Manufacturing Licence
- Discussing with the Client’s finance and operation personnel and conducting a comprehensive study on the facts of the case.
- Reviewing the Client’s business structure, projected financial results, project milestones, types of products, manpower requirement etc to gather requisite information.
- Advising the Client on conditions that Malaysian Investment Development Authority (“MIDA)” is known to impose.
- Assisting the Client to complete the manufacturing license application form (i.e. Form ICA/JA-1).
- Submitting the application and following up with MIDA for the issuance of the manufacturing license.
